We had a great experience with RiverMist Pools from beginning to end. Landon was wonderful during the design process, and he took the time to listen to what we wanted and help bring our vision to life. Brian did a great job managing the build and paid close attention to all the details along the way. The subcontractors were professional, skilled, and respectful of our property - and Monica in the office was so helpful. Everyone was easy to work with, and the whole process went very smoothly and timely. We love our pool and are looking forward to making lots of family memories there. After having multiple consultations with pool companies we chose RiverMist. Immediately after meeting with the lead designer Nick, we were committed. He set the tone with ease to work with, professionalism, communication, and detailed renderings that brought our vision to life. Their entire process from beginning to end was great. Keeping us in the loop from city approvals and inspections to HOA requirements. Construction process was seamless. The entire team was wonderful. They took the time to listen and never made us feel like we were "just another job". RiverMist was very knowledgeable and kept us informed during the entire process. Noone was pushy when we needed to make decisions. The construction quality was top notch. The outdoor living and cooking areas are our favorite spaces for gatherings. My neighbors continue to compliment the look of the retaining walls. The beauty of the pool is beyond words. Ultimately RiverMist delivered a backyard oasis we never imagined was possible. Choosing RiverMist turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. I came to them with a rough concept and a lot of uncertainty, and they helped shape that idea into a final design that fits my space perfectly. What impressed me most was how genuine the process felt. There was no pushy sales pitch or inflated “dream build” meant to drive up the price. Instead, the focus was on understanding what I actually wanted and offering thoughtful recommendations that made sense for me, not their bottom line. Throughout construction, communication was reliable and straightforward. I always knew what stage the project was in, and the crews were professional, respectful, and detail-oriented. Any questions I had were addressed quickly, which made the entire experience far less stressful than I expected. When you work with RiverMist, it quickly becomes apparent that their reputation is built upon excellence, and that they take great pride in their tradition of caring well for customers. While these attributes are evident in every staff member I worked with at RiverMist, I have to give a special shout-out to Billy Ferguson, the project manager on our pool build. Billy’s ability to anticipate needs was remarkable. It was as if the moment a question or concern would pop into my mind, Billy was texting or calling me to talk it through! Many times, when I hire a company to work on the house, it feels like I have to personally manage the process. With Billy, though, I knew everything was being handled. From start to finish.. and even continuing today the RiverMist team is such a pleasure to work with.  I would do it all over again with them in a heartbeat.  This is a big involved project and normally you'd be fed up and frustrated, but I thoroughly enjoyed every step of the process from design > to dig > to plaster > to "pool school".  Any time there was a hitch or a question they came through and doubled down.   I felt like I was the boss (for once... HA!) and I had employees that cared about doing it right.   I can see there's a lot of little areas that you could cut corners on these projects, but they didn't.  Everything was precise and high quality. Rivermist recently completed my pool.  I have much respect for this family owned business.  They were very professional and delivered what they promised.  During the construction process, I received almost daily call from the construction Manager providing progress reports and status of steps to follow.  This was very important for a person having a pool built for the first time. The end result is I have a beautiful pool area with an outdoor kitchen that I will enjoy for years to come. River mist was absolutely amazing during our whole pool building process! Not only did they get it done in a timely manner so we could enjoy it at the end of the summer they were reliable and professional along the way. Billy went above and beyond to keep in constant communication with us, and always came by to ensure everything was being done to their standards and ours! We also did an outdoor kitchen area with a pergola that is just beautiful and will be used year round! Rivermist Pools & Spas did an amazing job from start to finish on our pool.  I explained to Landon what we wanted and he nailed it. The design he came up with was exactly what we wanted. They coordinated everything from building the pool to the landscaping and fencing.   Billy kept us informed on everything and never did we feel like we were in the dark about what was happening next. Midway through we decided to have the patio covered to relax near the pool under shade.  They drew up the design, and coordinated with the contractor to get that done also.  Even with the additional work, they still came in on their estimated time frame for completion.  The contractors they used were great. And the landscapers they use did such a great job, I wanted to mention them specifically. Office staff was great, and Anthony was prompt with quote, ordering, installation, and communication (unlike 2 other companies who kept promising to get back with us and never did). I want to thank RiverMist Pools & Spas (Bill Atterberry) for accepting to take a project left undone by another pool company.  We were at a point of just cutting our loses and filling up the unfinished hole with dirt but decided to try one more pool contractor.  We did extensive research on different pool companies and found Rivermist.  Bill came out to look at the mess that had been done and still agreed to help.  His crew came out immediately and they were very polite and professional. They gave us ideas and build it all on time. Rivermist exceeded our expectations! After shopping around a bit we found their website, & were impressed at the depth of information there.  After researching them we decided to try them, & were impressed by their attitude.  After a lot of design we decided to trust them with our money, & were impressed by their eagerness to work with us.  They completed our beautiful pool & spa & patio & pergola project today, & we have to say that as hard as it is for us to trust anyone, they repeatedly & consistently re-earned our trust at every turn in the project.  Even the subcontractors used by Rivermist seem awed by Rivermist's results.  Most of the few problems we experienced involved our own lack of experience, but were made right by Rivermist anyway. I absolutely LOVE my pool.  I use it EVERY night.  It has been easy to maintain.  Perfect size for myself & my boys.  I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the owners, Jeremy & his wife Christy.  They were hands on and called almost every day.  They had built two other pools for friends of ours.  I was referred to them and did not think they would travel to Denton from Midlothian.  I’m are SO GLAD they agreed to.  I get compliments on it all the time.  I received first class treatment- even for a smaller, simpler pool.  They were quicker than they quoted and their trades/construction crew was professional. We are thoroughly enjoying our pool built by Rivermist Pools and Spas. We enjoyed working with Billy, Landon, Jeremy, Jenna, and owner, Bill.  Our initial pool designer left the company just prior to construction, but everyone worked to ensure we got the pool that was part of our initial vision. Rivermist went above and beyond our expectations! Landon in the office was phenomenal! He made multiple changes and updates for us at every visit and made sure we liked every aspect of the design! He answered so many questions and I’m pretty sure we asked the same questions multiple times. We never left their office wondering if we made the right choice. Overall, the building crews were very clean throughout the process, and never once minded our dogs! Billy, the project manager, had great communication from day 1 with us! Building a pool during covid was not the easiest as we did have to wait on certain parts, but in the end, the pool was completed within the original time frame given to us. We had our in ground  pool installed this summer and from planning to completion our experience with RiverMist was exceptional. They were transparent with the pricing and had no hidden fees at the end of the project. Landon did amazing with our design and budget and I could not have imagined a better pool. Even through several of weeks of rain delaying construction, Billy provided steady and open communication and managed to get us our pool in time for summer. I am very satisfied with the work performed by RIvermist Pools. They saw the project completed through difficult materials and labor shortages. My pool had a lot of personal features, i.e. - spa, fountains, laminars, tanning ledge and firebowls The designer immediately grasped my vision and flawlessly designed my fantasy with astute observation and recommendations. My construction superintendent, Billy Ferguson was outstanding! He always took time to answer all my questions, and there were MANY as this is my first pool. I recommend them highly. This is the second pool we built using RiverMist Pools.   The entire process was so amazing.   We signed our contract in May and they had us swimming by the Fourth of July holiday.   We absolutely love our pool.  They are truly the best from start to finish.   The entire staff was so professional and customer service focused. After reviewing a few pool companies we decided on RiverMist pools because of their upfront honesty on what to expect during the pool building process.  Everyone we encountered was informative and professional from the sales person to the project coordinator.  The subcontractors were top notched and there we no delays with their portion of the build. They also cleaned up after themselves making sure we, the homeowners, were satisfied with their work.  We started the build process and were told it would take six to eight weeks to complete.  Much to our surprise the pool was built in six weeks and we were swimming a short week after that!  Now I'm floating around in our pool enjoying a margarita in my pink flamingo swim trunks and listing to Jimmy Buffet music all while thinking "it's not that hot here in Texas".

We had RiverMist put in our pool a little over a year ago, and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything during the process. I decided to put the pool in as a surprise for my wife’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to work with me to keep it a secret as long as possible. She was so surprised! The construction and build process was a breeze. Jeremy and his team at RiverMist had us swimming in 5 weeks!
